We take your data seriously and will never, EVER pass or sell on your data to third parties.
In line with European General Data protection Regulations (GDPR), we'd like to share how we collect your data, and what we do with it.
What data do we collect?
We only collect your name and email address, which you have given us - either in person (for example in a face to face sale), through an online sale, or via one of our sign up forms on the internet. These are collated into a Distribution List and stored on a secure Mailchimp server, who we use to send out our occasional e-newsletters. We are allowed to export (download) our Distribution List from MailChimp at any time.
Mailchimp's site states:
We do not, under any circumstances, sell your Distribution Lists. If someone on your Distribution List complains or contacts us, we might then contact that person. Only authorized employees have access to view Distribution Lists.
Payments made via our online gallery are processed by the payment provider Stripe - certified to the most stringent level available in the payments industry - meaning transactions comply with Industry Data Security Standards. You can read more here: https://stripe.com/docs/security
For face to face sales, we use the payment services of iZettle, who encrypt all credit card data according to the strictest of standards. When you provide your email address or mobile number, iZettle will remember your details for the next time you buy something from a seller using iZettle, using the same payment card. This is regardless of whether you've previously bought something from this seller or not.
This means that your email address or mobile number will be pre-filled in the receipt view for your convenience the next time you buy something from a seller who uses iZettle. iZettle will not use your contact details for any other purpose, and will not share them with anyone else, without obtaining your consent first.

What do we do with your data?
We will only add you to our mailing list if you have expressly given us permission to do so.
Remember - you can opt out of receiving news from us at any time by clicking the unsubscribe button at the bottom of our newsletter, or by emailing us: email@example.com.
No hard feelings.
